Got a broken chain? We’ve got you! Book a repair appointment through the link below. Repairs are free for Good Day Darling jewelry, no matter how it broke. For other brands, we charge just $20—just let us know in the notes when booking.
Please note: we DO NOT repair personal (non-permanent) jewelry. For those pieces, we recommend visiting a professional repair shop.
Permanent Jewelry Return Policy
Please note that all purchases made at Good Day Darling are considered final. We do not offer refunds for broken or lost jewelry, as our delicate pieces may be susceptible to breakage if caught or snagged.
Our permanent jewelry is designed with welded connections so it can be worn continuously, but we cannot guarantee it will never break. If your jewelry does come off and you still have the chain, we are happy to re-weld it for you at no additional cost. Repairs are always offered as a complimentary service.
