At Good Day Darling, we want you to truly love the pieces you bring home. Every necklace, charm, and chain is selected with care, and our goal is for you to feel confident and excited about your purchase. Below is our full policy for in-store purchases, online orders, and our Online Charm Bar.
Regular Jewelry & Accessories (In-Store Purchases)
All regular jewelry, accessories, and gift items are final sale.
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we are not able to offer returns or refunds on in-store purchases.
If something is damaged or has a manufacturing issue when you get home, please reach out within 48 hours and we will be happy to take a look and help however we can.
Permanent Jewelry
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit and welded on, so these pieces are non-refundable once applied.
However, we do offer:

Free repairs on broken chains anytime after the first 48 hours

Free replacements for lost or broken chains that occur within the first 48 hours
Lost chains that occur outside that window are not eligible for replacement.
If you ever have an issue with your permanent jewelry, you can always contact us and we will do our best to help.
Online Charm Bar Purchases
All Online Charm Bar orders are final sale, as each piece is custom assembled based on your selected chain, charms, and design layout.
Please double-check your selections before checking out to ensure:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it for you.

Gift Cards
All gift card purchases, both physical and digital, are final sale and non-refundable.
