Thank you so much for shopping with Good Day Darling. We want your order to arrive quickly and safely, so here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your pieces.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During busier seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option you select.
We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it is no longer the responsibility of Good Day Darling.
If your package is lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly. They will be able to open a claim and assist you further.

Order Changes

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes, including updating the address or canceling the order. Please be sure everything looks correct before checking out.

Pre-Order & Custom Items

If your order contains any custom or made-to-order pieces, please note that these items may require additional processing time. Any expected delays will be listed in the product description.

In-Store Pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders.
